Thank you for supporting Dante’s Darkroom. Please review the following policy before purchasing a subscription.

Digital Membership Subscriptions
Dante’s Darkroom memberships provide access to digital content, including exclusive photography, archives, articles, behind-the-scenes material, and other members-only content.
Because access to digital content is provided immediately upon purchase, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not retroactively refund charges that have already been processed.
After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your membership benefits through the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the next renewal date.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment method to be charged at the stated recurring subscription rate until you cancel.
It is the subscriber's responsibility to cancel the subscription before the renewal date if they do not wish to be charged for the next billing period.

Accidental or Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same subscription, charged after properly canceling, or experienced another billing error, please contact us. Verified billing errors or duplicate charges will be corrected or refunded as appropriate.

Technical Issues
If a technical problem prevents you from accessing content included with your paid membership, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
A temporary technical issue does not automatically qualify for a refund. However, if we are unable to provide the membership access you purchased, we may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.

No Partial-Month Refunds
We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period after cancellation.

Changes to Subscription Pricing
Subscription prices may change from time to time. Any changes affecting an existing recurring subscription will be communicated as required before the new price takes effect.
