Shipping

Physical products are normally shipped within 3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or communicated to the customer.

Delivery times provided by shipping carriers are estimates and may be outside our control.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because many products sold by Dantes Darkroom are photographic collectibles, limited editions, or individually produced items, all sales are generally final unless otherwise stated.

Orders may be cancelled before shipment when possible.

If a physical item arrives damaged or materially different from the item ordered, contact us promptly with your order information and photographs showing the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Digital products and downloaded content are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, except where otherwise required by law.
