Dantes Darkroom is committed to complying with all applicable federal laws concerning age verification, record keeping, and the production and publication of sexually explicit material.
Age of Models and Performers
All models and performers appearing in sexually explicit content produced by Dantes Darkroom were 18 years of age or older at the time the content was created.
For content subject to the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, Dantes Darkroom maintains the records required by applicable federal law.
The age and identity of applicable models and performers are verified using valid government-issued identification and the required records are maintained by the designated Custodian of Records.

Content Not Subject to § 2257
Certain material appearing on Dantes Darkroom may not be subject to the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A, including material that does not depict conduct covered by those statutes, material for which the applicable record-keeping requirements do not apply, and material for which Dantes Darkroom is not the primary producer as defined by applicable law.
Where Dantes Darkroom displays content obtained from another producer and applicable law requires records to be maintained by that producer, the required records remain the responsibility of the appropriate records custodian as provided by law.
Prohibited Content
Dantes Darkroom does not knowingly produce, publish, or distribute sexually explicit material involving any person under the age of 18.
Content involving minors, trafficking, coercion, exploitation, or other illegal sexual activity is strictly prohibited.
